We maintain independent commercial Professional Indemnity Insurance; full details of our insurer, contact details, and territorial coverage are set out clearly within our formal Terms of Business provided to all prospective clients prior to engagement.
All legal services provided by the company are directly delivered or supervised by Dana Abdulkarim, who is a qualified solicitor admitted in England and Wales and personally authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) under SRA ID 624556.
Because this business is an unregulated entity, clients do not have a right to escalate service or billing complaints about the business to the Legal Ombudsman. Any concerns regarding the individual professional conduct of our solicitor may be reported directly to the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
