Dana is a dynamic corporate leader with over a decade of experience leading high-profile and complex deals for private equity sponsors, investment firms and sovereign wealth funds across numerous sectors including technology and software, gaming, renewables, services and infrastructure.

Prior to founding Two Seas, Dana was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis in London, where she served as a trusted advisor on some of the UK and Europe’s biggest transactions totalling billions of dollars in value. Prior to that, Dana trained at and qualified into the corporate team at a Magic Circle law firm in London, where she spent over six years (including time spent on secondment to Carlyle and as general counsel of a Sixth Street Partners portfolio company).

Dana holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) degree from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a dual Masters of Law - Legal Practice Course (LLM-LPC) (Distinction) from the University of Law. She is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales and is fluent in both English and Arabic.
